EMERGE Wellness Plan is a package of nutrition and metabolic  tests, questionnaire evaluations, past medical history, measurements, dietary planning, exercise planning, nutrition and health education, targeted supplementation.  Clients provide health history, take the nutritional and metabolic tests, complete condition based questionnaires such as a) stress management b) detoxification assessment c) symtoms and others.  The testing allows for individualized assement and targeted response to findings.  Necessary follow-up will depend on findings.  For some the findings reports and initial recommendations will conclude for others follow-up testing and evaluation will be needed to assess progress and success with the program.  Coaching and additional couseling will also be needed by some.  All of these services can also be provided.

1. Basic Metabolic Profile:  overnight urine is collected and evaluated for a) nutrient deficiencies b) gut integrity c) detoxification status d) energy deficits e) antioxidant status
2. Acid-Base Balance: steps to measure and correct acid-imbalance is provided
3. Detoxification Profile- assessment and plan for detoxification and or cleansing
4. Targeted Supplementation: based on laboratory findings and history, specific targeted supplements are prescribed
5. Metabolic Syndrome: Assesment of risk factors is evaluated
6. Dietary Planning:  assessment of current diet  and assistance with dietary planning
7. Exercise planning - exercise tips are provided
8. Health and Nutrition Education:  learn basics of Nutrition, how to shop and read labels, receive educational tips specific to your health and nutrition needs,  a personalized recommended reading list will be provided.
9. Access to Superior Quality Supplements: You will be able to order products available only to customers of health care providers with your access code.
